A reply from Lindsey Graham on Medical Marijuana

Folks, I've asked Senator Graham of SC to make Medical Marijuana legal. This man is in charge of what you can take for your illness. If your dying of Cancer, have AIDS, or have Crones disease or Multiple Sclerosis. Whatever your illness is. You know the severe pain you are in and you know what works for you. This man is the most insensitive man I know. As a closet homosexual, playing the life time bachelor, i find it offensive. Not him being homosexual, but him treating gay people like they are evil and bad when in fact he is gay. Do you really want a person that is such a deceitful person making up the rules for you?
Here is what he wrote to me when i asked him to at least deregulate the drug and let the doctors decide what is good for a patient, not a Senator. He is not God.
If he wants to be so obedient to the law, then why is he breaking it?
He wants to put the DEA all over Marijuana and put good people in jails for an herb?? That God made, not him. He is good at acting, perhaps hollywood is a better place for him. Anyway, here goes the letter i received today:
Dear Debra,
Thank you for contacting me with your thoughts on medical marijuana. I appreciate the opportunity to hear from you on this issue.
In general I do not support decriminalizing illegal drugs. I support enforcing our current laws relating to the purchase, distribution and consumption of illegal substances. At a time when illegal drug use remains unacceptably high among our nations teenager's, the federal government must do everything possible to discourage their use. Marijuana is a dangerous substance that can have a detrimental effect on the health of anyone who uses it.
the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has issued its final rule on tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) clarifying that it shall be classified as schedule 1 controlled substances, making THC which is included in the composition of marijuana illegal.
You may be aware that the Supreme Court is United States v. Oakland Cannabis Buyers Cooperative was in unanimous agreement of this matter. Their decision held that there is no medical necessity defense against prosecution under the federal Controlled Substance Act. This law prohibits the cultivation, distribution, or possession of marijuana. I support the Court's decision on this matter and believe marijuana should remain a controlled substance.
Finally, Attorney General Eric Holder has announced that the justice Department will not prosecute purveyors of medical marijuana provided they are in compliance with state and local laws. I do not support this policy, as i feel it is tantamount to federal legalization of medical marijuana and creates an inconsistent federal enforcement policy between states.
Thank you again for contacting me. if i may be of any further assistance. Please do not hesitate to call on me.
Sincerely
Lindsey O. Graham
United States Senator.
LOG/lel
Okay so that was his response, he didn't address the facts i pointed out to him, that medical marijuana works. That 14 states now have it legal and two more, one of them being John McCains state of Arizona are in favor of it.
The first State, Alphabetically that it is legal is Sarah Palin's state, ALASKA.
I thought this was a free country, but you don't know how much freedom you don't have.
It's in the hands of some small minded politicians. I only pray to God, that The Senator is struck down by one of these horrible illnesses and then knows the relief that marijuana gives, that he took away from so many sick people. I hope he enjoys his Alcohol and boy toy tonight. Sleep Tight Senator. It's time you get the boot. You are small mined and care more about rules and regulations then human beings lives. you and Sanford are a pair.

A reply to Health Care

This is a letter I got today from our great BS leaders voice

Democrats and Republicans agree -- the health care status quo isn't working for the American people.

Health insurance is growing more and more expensive by the day. Too many of us can't afford it -- not middle class families, not businesses, not the Federal Government. Insurance companies have too much control over health care decisions that should be left between a patient and their doctor. They freely ration care based on who's sick and who's healthy; who can pay and who can't.

On both sides of the aisle, we all agree that if we do nothing, the problem will just get worse. Now, after a long and wrenching debate, it's time to make a decision. Yesterday, President Obama called on the United States Congress to cast a final up or down vote on health insurance reform in the coming weeks and pledged to fight for it every day until that happens.

Watch what the President said yesterday and learn more about what's at stake

Below is my reply to those bastards:

I don't want to watch anymore videos or here anymore bullshit.
none of you is doing anything good. people are loosing there homes, their jobs and there sense of security.
people don't have money to eat, crime is rising and life is so stressful
that is why everyone is so sick they need "health care"
if all of you in Washington had a brain in your head, you would take the
taxpayers money and use it properly. That means, not raising it, but using it correctly! you're all so good about
telling we the citizens of this country what we are doing wrong.
the only thing we are doing wrong is listening to all your bullshit!
it seems you all have no intentions of doing the right thing.
this country is going to hell and it looks like we are headed for
a socialist regime. Well i'm a Republicain, i'm a Democrat, I'm an American, but i am not a socialist. if you can't fix the problem, you should never had taken the job, no of you deserves the hard working Americans
that you chew up and spit out everyday of the week. the hell with you all.
I am an American.

Mediocracy in Leadership and Society and Education!!!

Man’s biggest problems: war, hunger, poverty and the exploitation of genius under “mediocracies”. That is the problem with our society. When and how do we create change It would be as a domino effect.
First we must get mediocracy out of government and out of our schools. Children with extraordinary talent are often overlooked and punished for not "following the line"
I watched as my own child. Gifted beyond my wildest dreams, dry up. His little spirit crushed and broken a little each day.
We tried to move to schools in SC that talked about progress and how they worked with gifted and talented children. Nothing could had been further from the truth. To this day, he scores highest in the country on the National tests, but local schools don't agree. They want him to "follow that line" a line he could never possibly follow and I thank God for that. He is a talented musician, self taught, a film maker, and artist, a scientist and a so technologically advanced, he is way beyond his years. He has won many awards, but not by schools. The Governors Awards, Museums, Science and so on.
I'm not just bragging about my child, because i think he is perfect, I mean there are days he drives me crazy. He is his own strong willed spirit and I really actually admire him for that. It's a damn shame though for him and millions of children and adults who never got to fulfill their destiny due to some Mediocre jerk in charge of the education of the children. some mean spirit person who wanted to prove they are the boss instead of doing their job of nurturing children. I think it's time those bastards got the booth and get the hell out of holding back all children's potentials. There are children that are Athletic, or mechanical or whatever they are and they love doing it, but school, in the USA takes that away from a child and forces them to learn things that bore them, anger them and holds them back from their destiny. I know this has to change.
Let's all stop accepting mediocre for the norm and expect the best. Nothing less.
Well, I'm going back to watching Jeff Beck.
By the way, I believe in Save the Music. It's valuable in mathematics, art, appreciation of life and a great way to relieve stress! Thank God for music.

Making Marijuana Legal in South Carolina

I don't know about you, but I don't think hitching the price of cigerettes up again is going to do a damn thing for the economics of South Carolina. This is my Idea. Make Marijuana legal in South Carolina. Lets face it people smoke it and it would eliminate all those seedy drug deals. You could go to a Health food store, a Pharmacy or to your Doctor to get a prescription. There are 14 States that have Marijuana Legal. They are;
Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington! How about that. Plus 2 other states are favorable toward making medical Marijuana legal. Can you guess those states? Arizona and Maryland.
This wonderful drug and herb has thousands of uses and is a perfect treatment for cancer patients, MS patients, people with crones disease, IBS, chronic pain, Bi-Polar disorder, Migraines, Sleep problems and thousands of more illnesses.
So why is Marijuana under prohibition? Because drug companies can't get a patent on something GOD has made. (if you don't believe in God, tough, He made it)
Do you realize the revenue the great State of South Carolina could bring in? Well, California brought in over 1 billion dollars last year, that is now the number one agricultural products, Grapes have become their number 2 product. How about that?
It would create thousands of legal jobs, everything from from Farmers, truck drivers, Dispensary Machines and people to fill them Quality Control jobs and make it safe. No more seedy, drug dealers for a plant on top of that, I would make it legal to grow in your yard or even buy from your grocery store. I realize that some people are stoners, they probably drink alcohol to and get drunk, but Pot is non-addictive, does not lead to harder drugs and will help thousands, millions of people. The surrounding states will come here to spend their money! I shit you not. This would solve our deficit in South Carolina, lower our staggering taxes and people would not have to work for peanuts anymore. Everyone would live better, the economy would bloom like wild fire and crime would go down.
Now I'm not just into see this Marijuana legalized, I also believe South Carolina needs to make an EV (Electric Vehicle) automobile. The best in the world. We are Americans and we can do anything, if we put our heads together. We would not be depending on foreign oil and the roads would not smell, they would in fact be quieter and we could actually here the sound of a breeze in the air again. Our State would be Green on many levels. Just think of the possibilities? We can make this happen. If you agree with me, please, Help me get endorsed to an office level in Congress, Legislative or even Governor. I will do everything to make sure that with that money we will have the greatest schools in the USA for everyone. I don't want to see one child or adult who is not learning something in school that they love. Whether it is playing a guitar, Making a movie or having a radio station in their school, sports galore and the finest teachers money can buy. Because ladies and gentlemen, there will be money and I want SC to become #1 in education. That means not only school, but also trade schools, during the school day. Some children learning auto mechanics, TV production, food service, computer technology and having an after school program where children have a place to unwind, a good meal waiting for them, time to do their homework and be in a safe environment. I don't believe in sending children home to an empty apartment. There are to many problems on our streets. I want children safe and to learn to have a trade by the time they graduate High School. Even in Nursing and cosmetology and construction. Who is with me on this? Who will join me in helping make this state, strong, safe, educated and giving back pride to all communities. But more important, money, a nice home to live in, a safe neighborhood and a work week that doesn't need to be longer then 35 to 40 hours a week, because we won't be feeding a sick system anymore. We will give the children and any adults who want to learn an education, so we can all be more productive and happy at our jobs. You can't be happy if you don't sleep, or if you have no spouse, or if you and your spouse are fighting over money.
Please take this time to consider what I'm saying. I care greatly for humanity, the environment and the happiness of children and families. This is all very possible, but first, we have to kick out the old who are bought off by big drug companies and whoever else their daddy is.
If you are with me. Comment or email me at: debgoddess@aol.com
I will need a campaign manager, and people to endorse me. I will do what I say.
Also, the taxes your paying now, well we are going to take them out of the hands of the thieves who give nothing back to our society. I don't want a bunch of burglars working this state. I want people who say what they mean and mean what they say. By the way, You won't find me in Argentina, or in a stall of a bathroom playing footies.
You will find me finding a way to make this dream a reality.
I realize many people think of Marijuana as a street drug. I want you to start to understand, it may be that do to the" just say no" thing of the 80's and the hippies of the 60's and 70's and do realize people will smoke it, just like people drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, but stop being selective. Marijuana is a Billion Dollar Baby for the Great State of South Carolina.
Here is a little information on the other states that have legalized it. Now we will make our President stop it from being a Federal Offense. One step at a time. God bless you all and here is that web address. I smell money! Let's not be the last ones on board.
